Photos used by PaddlePromotions.ca to depict paddles available for purchase on this website are representative of the actual items to the best of our abilities. Due to the nature of natural wood, some variations may occur from paddle to paddle. While we inspect every item to isolate for any extreme examples, some differentiation can be expected (and appreciated for its individual uniqueness).
All of our paddle partner collaborations are officially recognized and approved by the respective owners of the trademarks, logos and designs. Any unauthorized use will be reported and pursued to the full extent of the law where applicable.
Our paddles are functional paddles that can be used for canoeing. The paint, varnish and logo marks are marine grade however PaddlePromotions.ca cannot warranty that with everyday usage, your paddles may begin to show normal wear and tear including scratches, nicks, dents etc. Paddle Promotions can therefore not warranty the condition of your paddle should you choose to use for other purposes other than for display.
PaddlePromotions.ca warranties that all paddles have been inspected and in good condition prior to shipping. If, for any reason there is an issue with your purchase, you may return your paddle for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
You can expect a refund on your credit card within 7 to 14 business days following the reception and inspection of your returned item (it may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement).
You are responsible for all fees associated with the return of your product(s). The method of shipping is your choice.

Your paddle(s) will be shipped by Canada Express Post directly from our shop in Toronto, Ontario. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery but during this Coronavirus pandemic, delivery times may be a bit longer due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are working diligently to fill orders as soon as we get them. For orders outside of North America, or for any other inquiries, please contact email@example.com with the best way to contact you and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you.
